At Sensify, we employ the method of ancient yoga codified by Professor DeRose in 1960 in Rio, Brazil. This systematisation is now known as Swásthya Yoga. Rooted in ancient, pre-classical yoga, our method encompasses various techniques aimed at guiding practitioners toward a deeper state of consciousness (dhyana). These techniques include traditional breathing exercises, known as pránáyámas, deep physical practices performed using a time-honoured approach, vocalisation of sounds and ultra-sounds (mantras) and relaxation techniques (yôganídra).
